WHY REAL ESTATE?

My father still remembers how at the age of 4 I used to comment of the beauty of some buildings while we used to drive into Paris from Normandie where I was born. I never stopped loving real estate since. It is one of the most impactful industries there are and ever will be. Deeply intertwined with a regions, cultures and people’s tangible life quality.

To me, real estate means freedom. It is a pathway to financial independance and a chance to constantly keep learning. Real estate is one of the safest ways to build a steady and scalable income stream and equity. The amount of knowledge one can acquire is never ending. However, with a few time tested concepts and actions methodically applied one can build a more prosperous life while having deeply positive impact on others people’s lives.

I am a firm believer in the “Win-Win” way of thinking. Truly, it is the only sustainable approach to healthy negotiations, business ventures, but also friendships and relationships in general. I try my best to apply the “Win-Win” principle to all aspects of my life. Franco-American living in Berlin. A multilingual capacity with 11 years of experience across multiples industries: Finance, Hedge fund, Events, E-commerce and Real estate. I have a natural knack for sales and marketing (8 years of experience in multiple industries and countries together with strong language and communication skills), a proven talent for brokerage (hedge-fund experience and property referrals), and a keen entrepreneurial expertise – successfully building out e-commerce operations from the ground up.

Furthermore, I have gathered some expertise within several areas of finance and investing (rental property investing, crypto-currency trading). My understanding of business and tax law (as managing director of Sunday.fr) and my experience of tech and fin-tech are used to the best interest of my clients.
